Legendarny debiut kapeli został nagrany w 1986 roku. Wypełniony brutalnymi i powtarzalnymi, ale jednocześnie dość chwytliwymi gitarowymi riffami. Ten album jest mroczny, ciężki, postapokaliptyczny i… seksowny jak diabli.
Limitowany wosko na kolorowym splaterze.
Oryginalny album HART GORE został nagrany na taśmę w marcu 1986 roku w Tango Studio w Eindhoven w Holandii.
Na okładce znajduje się błąd w spisie utworów, który wymienia stronę D jako stronę B.
