Trzeci studyjny album zespołu Dropkick Murphys. Przed wydaniem albumu w 2001 roku gitarzysta Rick Barton opuścił zespół. Zastąpił go James Lynch z bostońskiego zespołu The Ducky Boys. Zespół zwerbował także 17-letniego Marca "The Kid" Orrella na gitarze prowadzącej (jest także samoukiem akordeonistą). Jakby tego było mało do kapeli dołączył też pełnoetatowy dudziarz Robbi Mederios (lepiej znanego jako Spicy McHaggis) i Ryana Foltza na mandolinie i blaszanym gwizdku.

Na płycie gościnnie pojawia się Shane MacGowan (wokalistaThe Pogues) i Coline McFaull (Cock Sparrer).
