Po 18 latach od premiery na rynek trafia zremasterowana winylowa epka, stworzona w najlepszym okresie twórczości DJ Bone.

A fundamental EP from the Detroit techno titan gets reissued 18 years after its release; aimed squarely at the dancefloor, its three cuts are by turns gooey, steely, and strange.

Throughout the 90's, DJ Bone was one of Detroit's best kept secrets. Releasing only a handful of 12 inches, Bone's eclectic and fast mixing style became popular in his home town, starting with his weekly residency at The Love Club, and gaining more all over Detroit 5 nights a week, as well as fortnightly live sets on Deep Space Radio.

In 1996, Laurent Garnier witnessed him DJing, and invited him to play in Paris' legendary Rex Club – a 12" for Juan Atkins' Metroplex soon followed, with a Peel Session, and his 'Subject:Detroit Volume 2' mix CD being distributed worldwide helping to establish him globally as a force in Detroit techno.

Anotherday are very proud to announce the reissue of that legendary Metroplex 12"; 'Riding The Thin Line'. From the sweeping strings and tribal loops of 'Shut The Lites Off', to the hissing bassy electro of 'The Funk' and woozy techno of 'The Haunting', this is DJ Bone at the peak of his powers.
