Reedycja płyty z 2000 roku. Po wydaniu debiutanckiego albumu Goatsnake w 1999 roku i jego kontynuacji EP Dog Days, kolejnym wydawnictwem był Flower of Disease. Album został nagrany w dwa tygodnie w Grand Master Studios w Hollywood. Został zaprojektowany i zmiksowany przez Nicka Raskulinecza (Danzig, Foo Fighters, Probot, Alice In Chains.)
