Jest to kompilacja czterech 7-calowych płyt, które zostały wydane po raz pierwszy w 1999 roku, a później ponownie wydany wraz z nową okładką, w 2002 roku przez Burning Heart Records – płyta stanowi kompilację pierwszych nagrań zespołu i stanowi ramy dla pomysłów i motywów muzycznych, które w pełni uformowały się na debiutanckim albumie Survival Sickness.
